Here are some tips for stress busters!

1. Set limits. Don’t let work encroach upon your home life. learn to say “No”

2. Take time-outs. Most people think they can go all day without a break.

3. Make room for leisure. Many people feel guilty where they indulge in leisure because they consider it selfish.

4. But money is perspective. Living in debt can be another losing game, and changing the way we think about money can help.

5. Know who you are. For many people, their job is a big part of their identity which is fine to appoint.

When I’m playing with my kids or out at a movie, stress has become a fact of life – but it need that become a way of life. Most of the stress that most of us experience is actually self-generated. They keep is to recognized when you’re playing a losing game and stop long enough to consider an alternative.
